Refunds

We offer refunds for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund. Please send us photos and videos of the damage and/or defect.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of your refund request being approved.
